Laid-back taqueria to open second location in Prairie Village
PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. – Taco Republic, a local taqueria known for its “street-style” tacos, is set to open in the former Arby’s at Corinth Square in spring 2021.
The plan for the newly renovated space includes: a sprawling lawn full of family-friendly outdoor games and activities under the charm of string lights, their iconic taco truck, and much more.

Taco Republic boasts traditional Mexican meats like Barbacoa and Cochinita Pibil atop authentic tortillas and topped with the freshest ingredients. The street-style taco is home to Taco Republic where the phrase “Mi Taco, Su Taco!” rings true.
